Seeing a few Event ID's 2266 in the application log on
the Exch 2003 server.

ENVIRONMENT:
Windows 2003 Active Directory (Mixed Mode)
Exchange 2003 installed on a Windows 2003 server.
Exchange is in Native Mode. One other Exchange server
(2000) is in the same routing group.

We are seeing Event ID 2266 in our application log on the
Exchange 2003 server. Text of the Event ID: "The account
that the current worker process is running under does not
have SeTcbPrivilege privilege, the anonymous password
sync feature and the Digest authentication feature are
disabled."

We are not running any web applications on IIS 6.0. Only
Exchange OWA.

I believe it is because of the AnonymousPasswordSync
setting within IIS. Refer to Q332167. I saw one solution
on the internet that said to set all the
AnonymousPasswordSync value's to FALSE, in the
metabase.xml file.

Well, my question for you folks...what is the recommended
setting for the AnonymousPasswordSync value in IIS 6.0,
with only OWA running on the server.

Thanks !
