If anonymous is the only thing checked it would not let anybody in.
Including those on the domain as well as external visitors.

I have anonymous as well as Intergrated Windows Autentication. If IWA is
clicked off, access is denied to everyone.

IUSR_<servername> only exists on this server. The password is blank.

File permissions allow IUSR_<servername>, guest, and Everyone. Checked in
both iis.msc and on folder.

Guest account on the rest of the servers in the domain are disabled.

I hope I didn't miss something.
