The domain GUEST account comes disabled by default for a reason. Search
MS site on IIS security for the answers.

How about you bottom post so that myself and others can follow this

Now, to answer your question, why would you want to give the IIS service
a domain account?
Rather than change the account, please tell us what you are doing that
would require it to be changed to something other than it is configured
as by default.
