CAPI2 ERROR

When I try to install a certificate key using the Key
manager I get the following error:
CAPI2 ERROR = 80093102 The certificate is invalid. Please
double-check........
I've had the certificate request generated several times
and the key reissued with no luck.
anyone have an idea what's preventing the key from loading.
