Author FTP, HTTP and exchange

I am trying to setup FTP, HTTP and exchange on my 2003
server.

I have two Domain controllers sitting behind a firewall.
DC1 has an IP address of 192.168.5.200 and DC2 has 2
NIC's, one with an IP address of 192.168.5.210 and the
second has an IP address of 66.24.76.23. The second NIC
is sitting in a DMZ. I can ping the second NIC from any
Internet connecting outside of my LAN and I can connect
to it using Remote Desktop.

My problem is this: I have setup FTP, HTTP and exchange
on DC2. From DC1 I can pop the exchange server to get
mail, I can access ftp://66.24.76.23 and I can view the
default web page using http://66.24.76.23 . But I can't
access any of this from any Internet connecting outside
of my LAN.

I don't understand what it could be. I can ping that
address but I can't access any of the services.

Thanks for your help.
Chad
