Having the exact same problem even with following the instructions in
the article. The URL in the error page returned when you submit the
password change form does not include any parameters, which may or may
not be correct.

URL: http://server.domain/iisadmpwd/achg.htr?

Had one problem with article instructions in step 4 for Win2K:

4) regsvr32 %windir%\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd iispwdchg.dll

appears to be a typo missing a "\" for the complete path to
iispwdchg.dll file.
however, dll file is no where to be found on the system. instructions
appear to state in step 3 that files would be extracted into
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd directory, but iispwdchg.dll file
not found there. does not appear to be included in ism2asp.exe
package. very frustrated with what should be very simple. thanks for
any assistance.
