Is it possible through IIS administration to disallow web
editors from uploading specifically .exe files to content
directories?

How are you allowing the uploads? WebDAV? FPSE? FTP? HTTP?

Ken,
Web editors are using FP2K, and the server has 2000 FPSE.

By default, the uploads should already be disallowed.
