Author Error Message - Using Windows XP & Internet Explorer

I am getting error message that says

Error Loading winupd.dll

and

Error Loading wincore.dll

I was having problems with crap that downloaded itself
onto my PC in the Windows\SYSTEM or Windows\SYSTEM32
folders and I may have deleted something essential.

Now that I have loaded all the Windows XP updates, I
still cannot get rid of these error messages when clicking
on Internet explorer and Outlook. They still work, I
just have to click on error messages to get rid of them.

Maybe I have some sort of spyware trying to run and the
files they need have been deleted.

Could anyone offer me advice on how to fix this.

Thanks!

Hello,

WinXP machine to this machine and then register them.
