I have a problem because somebody include a ping command into some script which DLL is in c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv (w3svc.dll).
This command ping address 69.93.251.52 with 8KB and link lost performance.
I get information in log file c:\winnt\logfiles\w3svc1\....
To solve problem I cut connection of IIS and link runed well, then I renamed all ping.exe files in the NT server and after this no problems more occurred.
After rename of ping.exe I receive error message in eventviwer:

Event ID: 16
Source: W3SVC
Type: Error
Category: NONE

The script started from the URL ´/scripts/..\../winnt/system32/cmd.exe' with parameter
´/c+ping.exe+" -v "+igmp+" -t "+"-l"+65000+69.93.251.53+"-n"+80000+"-w" +0´has not responded within the configured timeout period.
The HTTP server is terminating the script
