IIS Server Security - Dcom Error

Hello I m getting the Following on my machine in Event Viewer... can any
body Help me ... but please guide me to the right way...........

DCOM got error "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress. " and was unable to

Hello Shahzad,
What version of IIS is this? If this is IIS6 on Windows 2003, you might
want to make sure the IWAM account listed in the error message is a member
of the IIS_WPG group. Regardless of the version, you might also want to
follow steps in
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;297989 to reset the
IWAM account's password (method 2 is easier).
