I'm not sure I'm even in the right place to ask
this...but here goes...when I load the internet explorer,
some type of ad/search (http://bestsearch.cc/1001/) takes
over the home page. Even when I change it...it goes back
when I reboot. How do I get rid of this??? any ideas??

This is not the right place, this isn't an IE newsgroup. What you need to do
is to clean up your computer (run an antivirus and possibly a spyware
detection SW) and then do NOT use an administrator account (and it doesn't
have to be the one named Administrator) to use your computer, don't install
anything unless it's something you asked for (especially don't install
something cool a web site or an e-mail offers you), set your IE security
settings to at least medium and just be safe, don't download and run things
you don't know, even when your friends or Microsoft tell you to.
