In IIS 6, I have setup a virtual directory for our company intranet using just integrated windows authentication. The problem is that it only works for the user administrator. Any other domain user(even domain admins) it fails and it just displays the HT
TP 500 - Internal server error message.

I have tried editing the metabase.xml file and set it to:

NTAuthenticationProviders="Negotiate, NTLM"
and even tried
NTAuthenticationProviders="NTLM"

making no difference. i am really stuck now cos i have run out of ideas.
