IIS Server Security

I am running windows xpwith internet mail.
When I download a page and synchronize to view said page
offline, it comes up error downloading URL. I can still
view the page online but not offline. I have tried to
synch several times with no success.

Suggest you try an IE newsgroup. This group is for IIS (a piece of server
software) security issues.
