IIS security issue..working with win2000 and not with win2k3.(URGE

i am able to access an web application using localhost but not using the
webserver name or ipaddress..
it is asking for credentials.
It is working on win2000 but not with win2k 3/Xp.

its an .net application and we are using web services.
Its urgent can anyone help

Add the 2003 Server domain (or IP) to the Intranet zone in IE's
securtiy tab...
