CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are

Cannot run any of the Exe's. However htmls are fine. If I take anonumous
user out from IIS then all EXE's work fine after i enter username and
password.

BTW< the dircetory has script and execute permission and everyone and
anonymous access is given on NTF side on the folder.

Hello,
Since you are able to run the CGI when accessing the site as an
authenticated user but not anonymously, it appears that the anonymous user
is lacking some rights/permissions. Here is an article that should help you
fix this:

Hope this helps!
