| Hello,
We defined in IIS6.0 two virtual website, both pointing to the sharepoint
portal v2.0 portal-site. For one of the two virtual websites, we allowed
anonymous access (the same we did within the sharepoint portal site for some
of the areas and our homepage)
Most of our (public) internet users don't have a problem and get access to
the (public) portal area's via the homepage. However some (very few) did
receive a login box and when they cancel the login request (3x) the got
access to our portal homepage too.
Does someone know what is going on?

| I have to make the following addition:
In the anonymous virtual website the basic authentication is also flagged.
(We heard that this was better for SPS, but is it?) and we are using host
headers. The other virtual website has another host header but both use port
80 and "all unassigned"
Thanks
