does anyone know how to remove the Startnow tool bar from
Explporer?

It downloaded itself and now wont let me chose my default
search engine on start up

I also have a cookie called sexcounter that keeps
appearing in my cookie folder wnenever I start explorer

first you learn how to spell explorer. then you admit that it didn't
download itself, you went somewhere and let it download to your machine.
then you learn that cookies don't show up by themselves, you have a bigger
problem than just a rogue search engine. then you realize that this group
is meant for discussion of IIS (microsoft's web SERVER) security, not one on
fixing user's browser problems and go away to post in a group that might
know something about your browser's hijackers.
