Username Password dialog box In Integrated Windows Authentication

Hi,

I have enabled Windows Integrated Authentication in IIS 5.1.
I've disables Anonymous and Digest authentication.
When I am trying to access the website from within the intranet, it pops up the username/password dialog box only when i type in the IP address and not when is say http://localhost/website or http://machinename/website.
Can you please help me out?
