Author IIS localhost error

I have a problem with the iis, i am running iis 5.1 on
my pc, so when i run the default website
i.e. http://localhost/

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

page is shown i dont know what the problem is....
previously i was running iis without any problem..
i hope i will find some solution soon....

Sounds like you need to re-configure IIS on the web site properties,
security tab to allow your IP addresses including 127.0.0.1 to access your
web server.
