Author access to HTML data

Since I've installed Windows XP service pack 2 I have no
access to software HTML manuals, HTML CD-ROM books and
databases I've purchased a few years ago.
I guess this is a security configuration problem produced
by the service pack in the internet explorer. I haven't
try with a different browser.
Does anybody knows what the problem is and how to solve it?

Thanks

Bummer. But it's not related to IIS. Try a Windows XP newsgroup.

There may be some IIS+SP2 related issues here. I have lost the ability to
execute some legacy ISAPI EXEs invoked by DLLs under IIS since I installed
XP-SP2. These executed normally prior to SP2. I've seen several posts re ASP
and other server side ISAPI issues that seem to be SP2 security
enhancement - related. I've tried every security tweak listed on this board
without success.
