Win2000 Pro IIS install?

| IIS is not installed by default in Windows 2000 Professional. It is
apparently a required service to access certain web pages I have SP4
installed, and like most people did not install it from a CD. When I attempt
to use the original Windows installation CD to Add/Remove Windows Components,
several of the necessary files (mostly the .htr files) cannot be found. How
do I install IIS (and other components) without having to re-install the OS
from scratch? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm sure you can
guess that is not a desirable option. Thank you.

Expand the SP EXE into a temp folder. Use Add/Remove Programs,
install IIS. When prompted, point the install folder to the expanded
SP.

| You do not need IIS installed in order to access other web pages. You would
use IIS if you want to host webpages yourself that others can access.
