Follow the steps in the resolution section for
<http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297989>. It covers resetting the
passwords for IWAM and IUSR and applies to IIS4, IIS5, and IIS6. If you
defined an anonymous account or iwam account anywhere else in IIS ,you will
also need to check the password at that location.

If you don't want to use adsutil.vbs, you can download the IIS 6 Resource
Kit and use Metabase Explorer to find the passwords. Under "View" check
the option for "Secure Data." This will allow you to unmask the passwords
in the metabase. Then just traverse to /LM/W3SVC and look for the
appropriate values.
