I've so far failed to find the correct google search or MS site search
phrase to coax the answer to this one to the top of a results page so i
wonder if i can ask for a bit of guidance. I need to have an asp.net
application answer to two different ssl comman names(domain1.com/app and
app.domain2.com.) So far i believe i correctly understand that i will
set up another site within iis, configure that site to understand that it
is responsible for the new name(the existing site is already ssl for one
of the names,) and assign a particular ip addy for each of the sites.
That sounds easy enough, and if i was using a single NIC, it would be a
no-brainer to add another ip to that interface and get going. The part
i'm getting tripped up on is that we are also using MS network load
balancing. It sounds to me as if i need 2 cluster ip addresses instead
of 2 ip addresses on each machine, but i'm missing how i would do that.
Would someone care to point me toward the appropriate place to find how i
should handle this? I'm getting tempted to toss the OS load balancing
and add some load balancing hardware, but i'm not sure if i can sell that
expense.

TIA,
z
