Hi Abel,

The 4) Select "Download a CA certificate, ..." is a misleading UI...
It's not a CA certificate but just the certificate you requested.

In step 5) you should go to "Download a CA certificate, certificate
chain, or CRL" to obtain the CA certificate.

And next the certificate in step 4) should be installed into Personal
and CA cert in step 5) should be installed into Trusted Root. Have
you just installed these 2 certs?

Also, please note to use this client certificate to authenticate
against a remote web site. The web site must trust your CA(install
your CA cert) as well.
