Author Transfering a Secure Server Certificate

I have a secure server certificate that I use on one computer with IIS
on XP pro. I recently got a new computer and was wondering if there was
a way to transfer the certificate from the old computer to the new
computer and into IIS. I have tried but IIS wont accept it. I have the
..cer and the .pfx files (but if I need to export or copy any other
kinds of files I can), is there some folder that I can put them in so
that IIS will let me use them?? I really dont want to have to pay for
another one.

Thanks for any help,

Kevin
