I set them up, said to 'share my calendar', selected a group called 'All
Staff', which contains all employees, and marked them with reviewer rights.

I try to go to their Outlook, and 'open shared calendar', type in my name
and it underlines, so I am there, and click ok, and get the error:

'Unable to Display the Folder. The Calendar Folder could not be found.'

It is there, I am looking at it!

Did I miss something fundamental?
