IIS6 and SSL

I currently have ssl enabled on w2k server w/ iis5. I am in the process of
moving the web site from that server to a w2003 server w/ ii6. I need to
enable ssl on the w2003 server. Is it possible to export/import the
certificate generated by the microsoft ca? If not, what would be the best way
to enable ssl? Thank you.
