Hi,

I am using an IIS 5.1 from Windows XP Pro. For a subdirectory a have only
granted user "test" access (via Windows Explorer, to allow Windows
Verification).

Most users can just type the URL, fill in "test" and "password" in the
dialogbox and browse the site. But others have to retype the name and
password for every URL they request?

I suppose this is a client settings, something to do with IE, but I have no
idea where to look.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It appears that the session is getting reset.

A netmon trace from the Server and Client where we have issues will help us
to find who is resetting session
