When using certificate manager (http://localhost/certsrv), I REQUEST a
certificate, then choose a template of WEB SERVER. I also copy the contents
of the certreq.txt into the Saved Request Box. Next I choose SUBMIT and
select BASE 64 Encoded......However when I select save, I get garbled text
within the browser, rather than being able to save the file???? The only
think I'm able to save is a DOWNLOADED CERTIFICATE CHAIN, which is not the
same as the certificate.
