CLEANER PROGRAM
IS THIS A LEGITIMATE PROGRAM FROM MICROSOFT OR IS IT SPAM

Hi,

I think you're in the wrong group: this is an IIS group.

Additionally, Microsoft doesn't advertise "registry cleaning" programs via
pop-ups - I do not think this is a legitimate Microsoft product, but just an
advertisement from a dodgy company.
