hello,

I found ways to use SSL in ASP.NET but I do need TSL to connect to a
remote site.
is this faisable ?

Your question isn't really making a lot of sense.

What is "TSL"? and why do you need it for a remote site?
SSL is for securing HTTP traffic between a client and server - it has
nothing to do with ASP.NET per se, which is a server-side programming
environment.

Can you restate your question?
