When accepting/requiring certificates and using certificate mapping. Created
a CTL and am able to trust and map certificates to accounts using DS Mapper.
Root has multiple intermediate certificate authorities(CAs), clients have
certificates from several intermediate CAs. Desire to limit the number of
certificates the client is presented to a specific intermediate CA because of
mapping method.
