Cipher Strength of Client Connects

My environment consists of Win2k and IIS 5. I need to determine what
level of cipher strength our incoming customers are connecting with (ie
128 bit / 64 bit / 40 bit).

Could someone please point me to a tool that will allow me to measure
this?
