I'm trying to setup a virtual directory (IIS 6.0) that maps to a network
folder, then view it as a WebDAV folder. I am able to create the virtual
directory, but the WebDAV part isn't working properly. When trying to open
the page as a web folder, the user is prompted that the page can't be opened
as a web folder and to open it in a default view. This results in the
standard file list view in IE. I am still given access to the files for
download, but it won't mount as a Web Folder. It will, however, work fully
when the virtual directory is pointing to a folder on the local server.

Any ideas as to why this isn't working?
