Are you sure you are getting Kerberos authentication when you use IWA? You
can't delegate unless you get Kerberos.

You also need the file share to be accessed via Kerberos as well. A
failover to NTLM in either place will break delegation. That is the
two-edged sword of the negotiate protocol.
