i have created a CA, MS Certificate, in the webserver (Windows 2003 server).
Internal user when accessing the website, it pop-up a "Security Alert" with
a exclamation mark stated:
"The security cerificate issued by a company you have not chosen to trust.
View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the cerificating
authority."

In the "View Certificate", under "Certification Path", it stated an error, "
This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the trusted
root certificate authorities store."
