Any third-party tool to deny IP on IIS 5?

| Is there any good tool to block IPs on IIS 5 on multiple sites in the same
time? I know that I can use WWW Services Master Properties to deny IP on all
sites, I don't like it very much because I cannot paste IP into list,
without typing it manually.

| The tool of choice is possibly IPsec used in a filtering mode,
but you likely would not like it either for the same reason, at
least unless you used commandline tool for W2k called
IPsecpol, but if you do use that be aware that you should
use it alone (only) from day 1 (define and assign policy
etc with it)
