I have my IIS 6 server configured with SSL and FIPS enabled. From Windows
2003 clients I am unable to download over https from browser (e.g.
https://server.company.com/download/setup.exe). Works fine on XP/2000
clients after I enable TLS on the browser. Or if I disable FIPS it'll work
fine too. Anyone know if there's a workaround?
