We are following article kb187498 on how to disable ssl v2 and it works fine
on win2000 servers and on win2003 no sp1. If we put sp1 on win2003 servers
then it doesn't seen to work. We have an external source scan the servers
and it says that ssl v2 is not disabled even though the Enabled entry is in
the registry.

Has anyone else seen this problem? How did you fix it?

Thanks

You can test this yourself with a browser by setting your security settings
to only use v3. Perhaps you are looking at a false positive from your
scanning tool.
