How to request a SSL certificate with Subject Alternative Names?

Hi there,

I've enable a Windows Certificate Authority to issue certificates with
Subject Alternative Names (SANs), but now when I try to request a certificate
using the wizzard I can't type anywhere the desired SANs.

Does anyone knows how to do it?
