Are there any caveats or issues with running URLScan 2.5 in a clustered
(failover) IIS environment? Any pointers to any MS docs on securing IIS
Clusters?

I have not come across specific doc on cluster setup.
Generally it would be the same, except it is now focus on the cluster
resource of IIS.

Just ensure that the urlscan.ini is the same for both nodes.
