| When I create a folder on our windows 2003 server IIS 6 web server, and
create another folder inside that one called "System", it changes it back to
"New Folder", then disappears. When I try and delete the parent folder it
wont allow me to delete it and says the folder is not empty. I have view
hidden files enabled. Is this a virus or what? I've found nothing on the net
regarding this problem.

| That sounds a lot like a version of that Sony Rootkit.
Whether it is malicious or not, depends on if you ever played CDs on that
computer. If not, then it is probably a hack that someone put there
deliberately.
Also, are you logged in as an admin on the machine and told windows explorer
to show hidden files and folders?
What happens if you use different folder names?
