| When user installs certificate, he is able to access the secure
website. But after he reboots, the certificate is no longer present.
What can i do or look for to resolve this?
Your help is much appreciated.

| What certificate are you "installing"? You do not need to install the
server's certificate to access an SSL secured site.
Cheers

What version of Windows? If you are running IIS web services on Windows
2000 server, and have added an SSL certificate to the server, then stop and
restart the IIS web service after installing the server certificate but
before rebooting.
What error message is the user getting?
