IIS Server Security - Page 1 works, Page2 wants login credentials

Page 1 works, Page2 wants login credentials

I have got this weird problem where an ASP.NET app works fine on the first
page, but when I follow a link to any of the other 4 pages, it asks for
Username/password/domain. If I don't supply it, the still page comes up, and
the Page_Load method had fired, because the data on the page is dynamic and
looks correct, but the validators don't work (btw, Page 1 doesn't have any
validators).
Client is IE6, host is w2k3.
I have no idea where to start looking; I triple-checked that the IUSR_acct
has at least read rights on all pages. But I don't know what else I can do.
