We have a copy of the original CSR. We have the Cert from Verisign. We
have a PXF file for this. But the associated password is lost. The cert
was imported into the current IIS6 site and that horrible default of the key
not being exportable has left us with a bit of a problem. We need to move
the site with this SSL cert to a different server.

Is there anything we can do at this point short of a re-issue of the cert
from Verisign which will allow us to have this working on a new box?

Thanks.

Ohh.. you can re-export from the original server?
if not, you need to ask verisign to reissue the cert.

Thanks, that is what we were afraid was the situation. Unfortunately both
the initial site and the imported one were on the same box so that nasty UI
default really hurts.
