I'm setting up SharePoint Services and one of the requirements in the
install guide is:

Change the IIS authentication method to be Negotiate/NTLM
Authentication.

By default, Windows SharePoint Services configures virtual servers
with Integrated Windows authentication. Note that you must be using
Active Directory to use Negotiate/NTLM.

I can't seem to find a setting in the IIS manager to change this.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
