How to move a certification authority to another server

Hi

My old CA server is on Windows 2000 with IIS 5.0. I want to migrate the CA
to a new windows2003 server with IIS 6.0.

Can i just follow the steps from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/298138 to
move the certification authority without upgrading the existing old CA
windows 2000 server to windows 2003 ?
