Hi, i want to use an antivir-solution for an IIS Webserver. There are
two users with an account to upload files or administrate the system.
every antivir-software asks how much users I want to licence. I think
there is a licence needed for just two users. Is this correct?
Thanks in advance...

The answer depends on the AV product you have selected.
You need to ask the vendor of that product.
Most AV companies want special pricing/licensing if one is to
use the AV product on a server version of Windows, evidently
assuming that one will use this as a fileserver.
There are a very few that license for server just as for workstation,
for example nod32 is that way, where one buys a license for the
machine no matter what kind or how many users.
