Selected certificate was already installed to another server

| I am trying to renew our SSL cert on the web server by clicking on the
‘Process pending certificate..’ option but it says that, ‘Selected
certificate was already installed to another server,…’. I have renamed the
certificate to .cer and double-click it to check that it is the valid
certificate. Kindly advise how should I renew or process this valid
certificate?

| Can you please explain exactly what your setup is? and what you did prior to
receiving the message you are receiving?
