There is no limitation in Windows Server 2003, Enterprise
Edition or in Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition. In
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition, there is a limit
of 50 RADIUS clients.

W2K IAS has no RADIUS client limitations, however it does not have the
ability to configure IAS as a RADIUS proxy.
